10/1 - The Online Draft Simulator (ODS)
is populated weekly with the same input data as our primary sim. There are a few limitations, but users have largely the same simulation tool the the Draft Tek staff utiliizes.
ODS - What is it ?
The ODS is a computer program that generates a 3 round draft based upon a series of input pages. The ODS is user interactive. Users can set the draft order, and identify team needs to produce a customized 3-round 2009 draft mock.
Q: Sounds complicated, can AJ (Average Joe) use the ODS ??
A: The ODS is populated with default data weekly. This info represents our staffs best guess on 2009 team needs and draft order. AJ's can use our default data for 31 teams, and tweak their our squads needs.
Q: How easy is it to generate a 3 round mock?
A: Go to the ODS home page and click the "Start Simulator" button. You will quickly produce a 3 round mock based upon Draft Tek default data.
