Selection Analysis
Pick #60
2018 Draft Comments
April 26, 2018

60   Pittsburgh
James Washington
Oklahoma State
WRF

Ht/Wt: 6'0"  205

The Steelers need to add to the WR group after dealing Martavis Bryant during RD1. Washington is a powerfully-built receiver who is excels in tracking deep balls. In 2017 he pulled in 74 balls for 1,549 yards and 13 TD, good for a 20.9 yards-per-catch average. He's more of a vertical threat than a polished route runner at this point in his career. With his sturdy build, he should be a quality special-teams contributor, as well.
